Like all electronics, over time computers and computer parts breakdown. With technology being a major part of a person life, when a computer stops working it is not fun. Zippie IT is here to help fix these issues and get your computer back up and running as quickly as possible.

One of our techs will come out to your location and discuss the issue. This information and the computer will be used to diagnose the issue and then a repair option will be presented for your approval. If you choose to move forward with the repair, parts may be ordered and then replaced. Once the repair is completed, your computer is tested to ensure that there are no other underlying issues. As a benefit of having Zippie IT complete the repair for you the diagnostic fee ($29.99) is waived for that service.

Does your internet seem slow? Are there spots in your home that do not have a WiFi signal?  We can help scan your network and determine what the available options are to help improve your coverage or speeds. 

We can scan your computer, remove any virus, malware or adware that has infected the computer. We can also run some checks on the computer and help improve the speeds of the computer. 

Are you a gamer or do you want a custom built computer? Do you just want to upgrade your current computer? Zippie IT techs can help you build or improve your computer to your specifications. We use PC Part Picker to locate the lowest cost of parts for your build. Also, we only charge for the time that we are actually working on your computer and do not charge an increased price for the parts. If you already have the parts or want to purchase them yourself, you can and we will install them for you. 

Do you have a new application, version of Windows, or new device and need help learning how to use it? We are here to help you. We will come out and make sure that you know how to use the software or device and that you feel comfortable in using it. Do you just need help setting up a new device? We can do that for as well!
