Zippie IT supports small and medium businesses, typically with 5 to 75 employees, across Meridian and the Treasure Valley, Idaho. We have a particular focus on healthcare and related practices, where reliable systems and well-protected records matter every day.
We work with specialty health clinics, psychiatry offices, dental offices, chiropractic offices and veterinary clinics. For practices that handle health information, we can sign a business associate agreement where one is required. We help you prepare and improve, and we do not provide legal advice. In the Treasure Valley, including Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Eagle and Caldwell, we can come to your office for hands-on work. For clients in other locations, we provide remote support, arrange for a local technician to give on-site assistance, or send one of our own technicians to you. Most requests get a reply within 1 hour. Our regular hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, and emergency support is available 24/7.
Our free security review gives you a written report and a call to go over it, typically within 24 hours once we are given access to the systems and accounts we need to review. There is no obligation to hire us.
