Zippie IT is a veteran-owned IT company in Meridian, Idaho. We provide managed IT, cybersecurity, backup, Microsoft 365 support and consulting for small and medium businesses across the Treasure Valley, and we support clients across the United States.

IT support and management

• Managed IT services. Help desk support, monitoring and patching, plus hardware, server and software support, at a flat monthly rate set per user or per device.
• Co-managed IT. Your IT person handles day-to-day users, and we provide monitoring, patching, security and escalation, with pricing based on the options you choose.
• Microsoft 365 support. Setup and migration, users and licenses, email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, security, backup, device management and help desk.

Security and recovery

• Cybersecurity. Protection around your devices, network, email and data, with support available 24/7.
• Backup and disaster recovery. Scheduled cloud backups on hourly and daily schedules, a protected copy that ransomware cannot change or delete, data recovery and a disaster recovery plan.
• Cyber insurance readiness. We review your insurer’s questionnaire, check controls such as multi-factor authentication and backups, and fix the gaps or provide a remediation document. You receive a findings report, the completed questionnaire and a remediation document.

Consulting and guidance

• Consulting services. Network design, compliance and vCIO services for businesses that need experienced guidance.
• vCIO services. A trusted advisor who helps with your technology roadmap, budgeting, technical due diligence and regular touchpoints, typically quarterly or as agreed.
• Compliance consulting. Help preparing for frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NIST and CMMC. We do not provide legal advice.

Our free security review looks at who can get into your systems, how accounts and passwords are protected, whether software is kept up to date, your backups, and the security of your network and Wi-Fi. You get a written report and a call to go over it, typically within 24 hours once we are given access to the systems and accounts we need to review. Our free network review looks at your connections, Wi-Fi coverage and network security. Both are free, with no obligation to hire us.

Local support

In the Treasure Valley, including Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Eagle and Caldwell, we can come to your office for hands-on work. Most requests get a reply within 1 hour.
